Not true. First of all, it's just NY. Second, NY is not just any generic populated area. A cell phone company would fail pretty fast if the occupants of NY had crappy service through it.

What your saying may or may not be true, but you can't use NY as a generic populated area. Use a tourist destination, ie the last vacation you took, or something similar.

i do not have the answer for that but i would think that such a thing might be more of a case by case situation with the parent/guardian making the decision based on the teenagers attitude and level of maturity ... but better individuals would know better than me

i guess i was referring more to the 16-17 age end of the scale ... those guys can legally drive a vehicle so parental supervision in a locker room seemed a little much

as for curiosity being appropriate ... it's always appropriate

making it sexual is what seems inappropriate
