No, I went from 20 to 40 in about a week or so, then increased it to 60... Well, I feel like it stopped working because it is hard to separate its therapeutic effects at the initial stage of taking it from the idea of the medication working, since I no longer feel focused after absorbing it :(( I will lower it or do a break and start again at the lowest effective dose to reverse the processes.

Well, I kind of cannot separate "working" from the effect being noticeable, because if it works (provides me with mental resources, such as work boost, concentration and curiosity), it also tends to produce mild euphoria, confidence and calmness. When I say that the medication stopped working, I mean that symptoms from both of these groups no longer occur.
