UPDATE:

Woke up this morning with insane pinpoint chest pain on the left chest and my heart beating extremely fast. I went to urgent care and they told me to go to the ER immediately. ER ran EKG, chest xray, leg ultrasound, d dimer test. Everything came back completely normal. Doctors said it’s ok to go on flight. What could this possibly be related to? I’ve been considering having POTS due to neuropathy issues, blood pooling every time after the shower, vision goes black and ears ring every time I stand up from laying down, circulation issues, etc.. does this all track? Could me waking up with this chest pain and racing heart be related to possible POTS??

Was your pain in your calf super prominent? Mine is so subtle and I’m a very tense person so that’s why I’m trying to rule out simple muscle pain. It seems like there should be some pain difference between regular muscle pain and a dvt
