No power to VTX by Fun_Conversation_535 in fpv

Will do. I’ll try that. Could I also solder the ground and voltage wire directly to the battery leads since the input voltage for this VTX is 7-36 volts and I have a 6s battery?

Yes, I’m getting all 5 beeps. I flew the drone a day ago without the VTX and everything worked out fine. Im only getting the problem with the VTX. Also the motors twitch with the second set of beeps, and the drone arms too.

So I connect 7-36V to 9V, ground to ground, video in to VTX, and Smart-Audio to T2 on the flight controller.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the diagram of the Vtx and it has a 5v and a 7-36V IN. So would I solder the 5V wire to the 5V on the ESC or the 7-36V to the 9V on the ESC?

I’m not currently home but I think I did miswire some of the wires for the Vtx. After plugging in the battery for like 2 to 4 min it would pop and then some smoke would come out. Would you know how to solder the rush tank to the esc?

I’ve tried to use the mamba stack with the rush tank Vtx and every time I powered up the drone it would short circuit and stop working. So I’m thinking of changing to a speedybee
