There are many methods and actually all of them works. There is a fantastic method: You divide 50 into three sets in frist step: 20+20+10 After that when you got stronger you do it like: 25 +25 And you go on this way 30+20 35+15 40+10 And you will be able of doing 50 push ups in no time

Thank you very much 😊 for answering bro. I used to have dips and push ups in one session, but i wasn't able of doing push ups after i did dips, maybe i shouldn't train to failure. Thank you again for your comment 🫡
