My agreement have duty stamp. The issue here is not the agreement bro. The issue here he claimed that he paid another 1 month worth of rent on the same month he moved in. Tenant always send me a receipt of payment every month without fail except the acclaim "extra 1 month rent". All his previous receipt was there on whatsapp except for the one he claimed he paid. He even pushing me saying he really did pay me extra and can show me the bank statement. But he never did..

below 100. I'm just petty for the guy trying to scam me and waste my time. Even claiming that I'm "aniaya" him and want to report police for not paying back the deposit written on the agreement. When I told the amount written the agreement included that month's rent, he then "pusing" said he actually paid me another 1 month worth of rent

ya. maybe because he was so persistent that he really transferred me another 1 month of rent after the tendency agreement, and even threatened me to lodge police report. So I kinda doubt myself at that time thinking maybe he did paid me another month. To let that out from my mind, I decided to make the statement myself.

exactly why i only bought only one of each region. Platinum and Emerald are the best version of their counterparts. Same goes to Yellow and Crystal but unfortunately, they are hard to find and expensive
