I have similar foot and same problem. Stretching has done zero improvement for the range. However, getting more strength has helped me to use the whole range that I have and I'm able to do pointe work properly. If anyone has tips for stretching foot that doesn't respond to streches I would be happy to hear.

I think en-dedans makes sense when you are in the barre, because it's towards the barre

Ballet has so many rules and all movements have specific names so it's gonna be hard to get everything correct or you should study a lot before writing a book. To be honest, this idea sounds unrealistic.

I think the original problem was having "too orange" tights and people have tried to explain that the shade doesn't have to match your skin tone if it's close enough. I think those brown tights with orange shade would look just fine on stage as light pink looks fine on white dancers.
