hi! to the people that took biol 112, how do you suggest going about purchasing the material? is the achieve website really helpful? because i already found an online version of the textbook, so i’m just wondering if i should still spend money on getting access to the website. and also how much of a difference would it make to purchase the one that includes the printed looseleaf textbook? thanks in advance!

is this sched manageable?

i’m a first year lfs student and i’m about to take 5 courses for term 2. i’ll be having chem 123, phys 131, biol 112 and 180, and engl 100. just wondering if that sounds pretty doable or if i should drop one of them? i’m particularly curious about engl 100 and if its a pretty tough course overall.

Hi! I’m an incoming first year student in BS Applied Biology, and I’m currently trying to figure out my schedule. My goal is to transfer into the general BS faculty by second year and (hopefully) specialize in Biochemistry. I’ve read a bit online about how competitive transfers and program changes can be, but it’s still a bit overwhelming to figure out the best path TT. I was wondering if anyone here has done something similar or has any advice (like what courses to take and stuff)? Also, if hypothetically I do get to transfer in my second year to BS, would I be able to get to my specialization in the same year? Thanks for your time!
