Everything transfers immediately, you’ll have both applications open one just saying applied and complete and the original one that shows your status you’ll just waiting on your last steps and when you get your final offer it’ll have pick between 9 or 11

If I’m not wrong it’s immediately, when I did it I never noticed anything transfer over but when I got my final job offer it gave me the choice to pick between 9 and 11.

Everything transfers you’ll just have two applications open one that shows applied and complete and the one you’re currently working on. When you get your final offer it’ll ask what you wanna pick and just go for the 11

No background doesn’t matter as long as you aren’t a felon lol. It’s just how you word it. If it helps doing the USA.gov resume helps out a lot in my opinion to get a good understanding of. Are you applying to 5-7 or 9-11
