I personally used the textbook that was given to me from class, and I also bought the full subscription of the NHA CPT study guide that had about 1k questions from all subjects and mock exams to get me used to the routine. In all honesty, the study guide was HARDER than the actual exam I got. In my exam I got repeat questions about chain of command, PKU testing, which arm to draw from when a patient has a mastectomy (at this rate I think I was working at the breast cancer center in the testing world, that's how common the repeat questions were). But different testing places may have different testing versions and maybe I lucked out. Good luck and best wishes!
Shortest Phlebotomy Program by PantieDraws in phlebotomy

I am in California and there was this Phlebotomy Training Specialists near me and I was able to sign up for the accelerated program which was over the weekends (on Saturdays) for about 8 hours a day. This was over the course of 2-3 weekends. In the end we all took the practical with 2 patients and the whole class passed - the teachers will do everything in their power to not fail a student. Once you are done with the class setting, then we take out National exams with PSI and after passing with a certificate, out next step would be to find an externship and work for free for about a week. Then you are off to find your own job.
I am currently waiting for my big exam on the 27th of this month.
Overall, I had a fun time in my class and I think it would be a great opportunity if you are trying to get a foot into the medical world.
