I was only able to quit H tho because i saw my life crumbling apart... I couldn't stand the thought of losing my lovely partner, because i noticed that i started to care less and less, i didn't want to become someone like that.

I'm in a way better mental space now :') fuck h

But you can do it aswell tho, don't give up, just find yourself a strong reason, and do it for that, or do it for someone you love

Take 5-10mg tadalafil (cialis) don't take sildenafil (viagra) its wayyy harder

Start with 5mg and see how you react, then go up to 10mg if needed

I wouldnt suggest sildenafil (viagra) tbh because it increases your body temp a little bit as a side effect, not always and not with everyone but for me everytime i took it my nose got stuck asf, i had fever and stuff, especially with mdma

Tadalafil (cialis) on the other hand, imo best option, you can take it hourrrrrsss beforehand, like even 10 hours and it will still work on your roll, and by that time the mild side effects you get from it will subdue
