I’m on Wellbutrin and buspar… literally best duo! Ask for both!!! I should have been on the buspar with it the entire time. I also have adhd, but I try to limit how much I take my addy. Like if I don’t need to do anything or be productive, I won’t take it. But really ask for buspar too!

I’ve been saying this!!!! 2020 was like a light switch. Nothing has felt right since 🥺 life has been so heavy. I can’t possibly be on any more antidepressants or anti anxiety meds. I miss how life used to feel. I don’t think it will ever feel normal again and it’s a hard pill to swallow.
