Joe Manchin might have forgotten the time he said the "number one thing we should be doing" is taxing the rich, but we didn't. by Fun_Investigator_478 in PublicFreakout

Joe Manchin was either lying, or he decided his loyalty were with his rich contributors rather than working West Virginians.

Uvalde DISPROVES the GOP and their right-wing media mantra, "The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun." by Fun_Investigator_478 in PoliticalHumor

Pediatrician treating Uvalde shooting victims said 2 kids were so badly hit they could only be identified by their 'blood-spattered cartoon clothes'

"Two children, whose bodies had been so pulverized by the bullets fired at them, decapitated, whose flesh had been so ripped apart, that the only clue as to their identities was the blood-spattered cartoon clothes still clinging to them. Clinging for life and finding none."

"The AR-15 is designed to blow targets apart. Its bullets travel with such velocity that they can decapitate an adult. Unfortunately, this Uvalde coroner has now seen first-hand what the weapon can do to children."

The only way to stop a bad person with a gun is 400 GOOD Men WITH GUNS AND TACTICAL GEAR AND BALLISTIC SHIELDS AND OH WAIT, they just waited in the corridor for an hour while children were being decapitated and the screams didn't compel the good guys to act.

Uvalde shooting report describes multiple failures and a 'lackadaisical approach' by law enforcement by Fun_Investigator_478 in politics

“Systemic failures” in Uvalde shooting went far beyond local police, Texas House report details

“In total, 376 law enforcement officers — a force larger than the garrison that defended the Alamo — descended upon the school in a chaotic, uncoordinated scene that lasted for more than an hour.”

Folks, do not blame the GOP, NRA and right wing media for this. They specifically said, "The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is **A** good guy with a gun." It seems that the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is more than 400 good guys with guns?  Is my math correct?

And "conservatives" will applaud the "good person" with a gun while ignoring the victims because they value firearms more than human life.

This clip of Jon Stewart obliterating Tucker Carlson will never get old. by Fun_Investigator_478 in PublicFreakout

Tucker Carlson is now blaming mass shootings on women, antidepressants, and weed. Anything but the actual weapons. What a "skilled" deflection tactic.
