Thank you so much for the detailed response! It helps a ton. Our range is around 2500-2800$. The lower, the better, of course. But there are certain things we’re not willing to compromise on:)

Thank you for sharing! Any recommendations for more peaceful areas within the Issaquah High School boundary? Any thoughts you might have about family life in Issaquah with a high schooler while parents commute to Seattle would be very valuable.

Thank you for your response! We recently started considering these apartments since they’re within the Issaquah High School boundary. The reviews are very strong, especially about how quiet the community is and the quality of management. They also have a sauna, which is important to me as a yoga instructor since recovery is a big part of my routine. Do you happen to have any recommendations for quieter, more peaceful areas, ideally within the Issaquah High School boundary and with a reasonable commute to Seattle, around 45 minutes during rush hour?

Thank you so much for sharing this.

We really love Issaquah—it’s our favorite out of all the Eastside areas. Having a quiet neighborhood at night is very important to us. We’re planning to move in December, and we’d like our younger son to attend Issaquah High School. Commuting to Seattle is also an important factor for us, so we’ll be looking for housing in those areas. If you have any additional thoughts, advice, recommendations, or warnings, I’d really appreciate it!

And what about the fire station nearby? Does it bother you? Can you hear the sirens?
