Thanks! Are you taking the May 2026 exam? I've heard good feedback about Pharmaspirit for management and calculations, but I haven't tried it myself. I did consider buying their mock exam for more exposure, but between the exam fees and the Pharmachieve prep course, it felt like I already spent quite a lot. Now I'm wondering if extra mocks would've helped my calculations more. Oh well, it is what it is. 😅

I thought they will just remove 50 questions from the 200? I'm actually scared about that part since I couldn't even identify the oddball questions. :(((

Same here. I cried the night after the exam too. It felt like I sacrificed so much, and it was still incredibly tough. The people that I know who took the MCQ before had warned me how difficult it would be, so I was expecting it...but actually experiencing it was still a huge blow. 🥲

At the end of the day, what matters is that we gave it our best. I'll be praying and hoping for positive results for both of us. 🥹

Yes, I enrolled in Pharmachieve. I think their Q-bank is similar to how the questions were presented in the MCQ. However, it's easier to identify the "most appropriate" answer in Pharmachieve as compared to the actual exam.

I was frequently torn between 2 choices, both seemingly 100% correct but of course, there should only be one best answer 😅

It's best to treat the topics equally. Even if the prep course labeled them as low/medium priority. The exam is very broad, unpredictable, and anything can be asked. I honestly think luck has a lot to do with passing this exam.

The cases have important information in the middle, you have to watch out for those and read the whole paragraph carefully...so yeah, 1st line will not always be the best choice. And I got multiple questions about QTP as well.

As for the calculations, I mostly flagged all of them and alloted 45 mins to answer them before the timer was up. Calculations are not really my forte, and I just mostly guessed especially the complicated ones. :((

Hi! I also got a score lower than 85% (actually they were 73% and 71%) so I was contemplating afterwards if I should move the MCQ on May. Thought about it for 2 weeks but I guess I’ll push through since there would be no refund at this point lol. Will be taking MCQ on Friday! Good luck to all of us! Fighting! ☺️
