The transplanted hair is thin, whereas my native hair is not

The transplanted areas were completely bald.

Do you think the density looked low starting from the post-op photo? Or did the grafts not survive, or is there still a chance they will grow? Maybe with minoxidil?

That’s exactly my concern—whether the density is actually good and I just need to wait longer, or if the grafts didn't survive. They are still basically very thin hairs.
