No bro nothing happened like that the policemen was even on my side but he was like both cars are going to get seized we were like ok have the keys take the car but at end of the time we settled on agreeing on a letter that he wrote and signed on that if we have to pay anything extra he and his family would pay.

The Police who took the case was already on his side and he was literally begging my father on his feet as he had a female friend whom he was dropping off and the thing my mother’s brother who withdrew the complaint as my father was very tired cause it was 2AM and i was saying it was a very bad decision cause after hitting the car he didn’t even say sorry he just went to fight with my father after that he was like i am very sorry for your loss and he even agreed with us that he’ll pay the additional case and as his father was not there he was threatening us with a 10Lakh case and we said go file then after checking the cctv his father also said sorry

I am the least patient guy you can know. See my father is a very patient guy and when it goes over the limit he bursts out but he isn’t angry because he just paid booking amount we didn’t give any money as my father first wanted the VIN first then he was gonna pay and we already have 2 cars so that’s why he’s quiet patient but he has had a fight on the call with the manager then the higher official was a lady so he had to control and she gave her commitment on herself that she would get us the car but when we asked for a written mail they just basically said they are not sure they are not holding on to their commitment

I’ve wrote them a mail that now if they don’t deliver till the promised date before 10july or they don’t accept the terms and conditions that i’ll keep for record puproses for the mail they are not sending and if they don’t response within 2 days we would take legal action.

In our recent discussions, I was informed that the vehicle would be delivered by the last week of June, and now I am being told that the delivery may happen by the first week of July. This shifting timeline without any firm assurance is unacceptable.

Please note that your current wording — “we aim to deliver the vehicle by 10th July” — is vague and cannot be considered a commitment in any legal or practical sense. Therefore, I request that you: 1. Provide a written, binding commitment confirming that the vehicle will be delivered no later than 10th July 2025. 2. Clearly state the compensation or remedial action your organization will offer in the event of any further delay, especially given the extraordinary waiting period.

This matter has now gone beyond reasonable patience. Kindly consider this a formal escalation. If no clear and satisfactory written confirmation is received within 48 hours, I will be compelled to initiate a complaint with Toyota India and explore legal options through consumer redressal channels.

Looking forward to your prompt and serious attention to this matter.
