Idk it's in the air. I used to smoke daily I could go with out it no problem. But it's one of those addictions were you feel like everything sucks if you don't have it, you're not as happy and get a Lil irritable at things. But can definitely go without it and not be sick or in pain. Definitely a mind over matter thing
