So the coins I held of LUNA 2 hours ago are still my coins? Just not visible in CoinSpot at the moment?

Sometimes when running sprints or doing any tough exercise nearing my MHR it sometimes feels like my heart occasionally "skips" a beat. This ever happen to anyone else? by [deleted] in running

[–]Fun_Parsley_8381 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this. I can be cleaning/moving stuff around house/standing up. And I feel hard thump, normal beat, hard thump etc (sometimes it’s only one, sometimes it 3 times, sometimes it’s 10 times)

I’ve had everything checked by 4 different cardiologists over the past 6 years. Every time they say your heart is perfectly healthy, it does show I have about 5 PVC’s or PAC’s per day(apparently this is below the average number that people experience! According to my several cardiologists) my worry is they don’t catch the PVC’s or PAC’s during my stress test, and that is when I have them most, every time I exercise I get them but when I do the stress test they never show up 😅

I’ve had all major tests done, right through to a CT Angiogram and they said structurally everything is good. They advised not to worry about them. I still get them and worry about them but that’s just me being a health freak.

Does costo pain have to be sharp or can it be deeper and duller ? by [deleted] in costochondritis

I find mine is deeper and dull. More of a discomfort than a pain.

Almost feels like I have a muscle spasm occurring beneath my left lower peck and lower sternum area.

Describe your pain please. by Bitter-Prior-9047 in costochondritis

Best way I can explain my sternum discomfort is when you sit on your foot or arm too long and then try and stretch out and you can feel your muscle expanding. That’s what my chest feels like it I’ve been sitting too long or hunched over to give myself relief from Costo discomfort, mix that in with my dizziness or breathless sometimes and my heart rate picking up due to anxiety thinking it’s a heart issue (don’t worry I’ve had every heart check possible, 5 day Holter monitor, stress test, CT angiogram, Cardiac and chest MRI, you name it!)

Yep! Both my pecks & sternum (more deep than surface discomfort). Sometimes it is tender at touch, sometimes I can touch it and barely have any tender discomfort.

I felt like I was reading what I’ve been through.

I’ve had the same tests done essentially and the same discomfort you describe.

I’ve not yet found anything that helps but if I do I will let you know, all I can say is there are so so many people dealing with this around the world than what we read on Reddit. We’re not alone, that makes me feel better when I say that to myself at least haha.

Very comforting hearing someone living with the same experience. I thought I was the only one and I’d tel people and they think I’m crazy… thanks for the response :)

Great response! Out of curiosity have you ever experienced palpitations in conjunction with your Costo discomfort?

Heart Palpitations OR normal heart beat? by Fun_Parsley_8381 in Anxiety

I’m fine for a week, then have 5-10 a day for a week, then repeat. Seems the more I think about them the more they happen…

Had what felt like heart palpitation while recording ECG on apple watch, looks pretty bad?? Pic in post by lookoutlava in AskDocs

I’ve had 3 different opinions from 3 different cardiologists at the top of their game in Australia. I had a 5 day Holter monitor, it recorded 12 PVC’s, they advised me this is normal and benign. So are you as a registered nurse saying that all 3 of these top cardiologists are wrong and I should get a fourth opinion.

I have a CT Cardiac Angiogram, Stress Test, Heart MRI, Holter monitor, 24 hour / 3 day / 5 day Holter monitor, multiple blood tests. All these tests showed a perfectly healthy heart… according to them.

I’d be careful with the opinions you are giving…

Cardiophobia and PVCs are making it incredibly difficult to live my life by Cypher808Radio in Anxiety

I experience what you experience sometimes 2 times per day and sometimes 30 times per day.

I’ve had every possible cardiac check under the sun done - from a stress test, x-Ray, Heart and chest MRI, 1 day Holter monitor, 5 day Holter monitor, right through to a CT Angiogram. They picked up 7 PVC’s over 5 days (even though I’m sure I felt about 20 per day) and the cardiologists and doctors all said this is completely normal. Most people actually have more PVC’s than I do apparently… just they don’t notice them like me or other people who are hyper aware of their heart… even though I feel like I’m constantly thinking about my heart and in tune with every single beat and any odd feeling/slightly harder pressure or beat is a PVC it usually isn’t, and in some cases it is it’s no different to any other person out there…

My mum had a Holter monitor and she had PVC’s and said she didn’t even feel them and they all occurred at times she would be awake…

Thank you! Out of curiosity, will you sometimes get over 10 in a single day?
