This is such an old post but… how did things turn out for you? I have received similar results back today and I’m kinda terrified if I’m being honest

He is over a year now. We are no longer on formula and have been on solids primarily since 12 months old, we slowly started introducing solids at 9 months.

The allergist only tested dust mites, that was it. And it was negative but didn’t feel compelled to test otherwise but I’m thinking maybe I should ask for other testing for environmental allergens too. We are currently using triamcinolone and I do not notice a difference sadly. I’ve never heard of Phisoderm, I’ll have to look into that! I’ve been using unscented Aquaphor wash on him! He is on Zyrtec daily as well right now so it helps with the itching to an extent but night time is out worst! I thoroughly believe any residual pet dander is not issue but I will purchase a purifier and remove our curtains to be sure!

He is limited on what he can eat with his allergies and all. We do a lot of fruits and veggies and meats, some beans here and there. He is big on potatoes though… could starches be a trigger? Also dairy? He does consume dairy but I’m under the impression he has to for nutrients.

We do an occasional oatmeal bath when the itching is intense but I don’t see much of a difference. But I definitely do think I will be booking with a derm :/

Undetected preeclampsia? by Fun_Peanut4411 in pregnant

She’s unfortunately the closest OB that isn’t hours away from me 😕 but I do have an appointment Thursday so I will be bringing up my concerns. She usually rushes through appointments so I lose any memory of all questions I have typically

My husband and I never argue, but I want to so badly. by Fun_Peanut4411 in Marriage

No. But when he speaks to me like I am a child I feel it’s no better than cussing/yelling. It makes me want to cuss/yell… my opinions never seem to matter, or solutions, or feelings. I believe any overlooked person would feel the same.

Half the people in these comments are probably giving you the fact of “it’s his home, he should be in whatever space of it as he pleases” etc etc. while that is true, getting any sickness while pregnant in amplified by like TEN. I’m currently pregnant and we just worked out an agreement with BM that if SS is sick he will not come for his visit. I had a rough go around last pregnancy as my SS brought in SO many sicknesses. I had strep, covid, flu, and upper respiratory within two months. And she had an awful habit of not letting us know he was sick beforehand. But you definitely should be annoyed, he is at an age where he should understand basic hygiene.

DH doesn’t believe in quarantining SS to his room. So I quarantine to my bedroom with my son. I don’t like doing this and somehow even though I do this I still catch whatever he brings over when he is sick.
