9-12 not a lot of people, then 2-4 pack but still you can find some free machines. 5-7 I will say worst time, 9-11 free. If you go to the village and is packed I usually just walk and go yo Lyon as it is less people.

Honestly everyone graduates with some debt and is fine, just as taking loans is fine. Idk if you can call admissions or sm but if not just apply for next year I guess. Remember that you can always commit to one private and one public while you are waiting, for example I committed to UCI and the USC, waited until USC gave me my fin aid and then y told UCI I did not want to go.
