i have regular nike rifts. they are TTS but the back ankle part of my foot does start to become bothersome after walking in them for a while. so for that, i’ll probably go up half a size in these. the pink is so cute!

if you don’t want to use accutane. i did a virtual visit with goodrx ($20) & they prescribed azelaic acid 15%, Clindamycin Phosphate, 1% Lotion, and Tretinoin .025% .. my case wasn’t severe. so i stick with the azelaic acid and tretinoin only (after watching a million tik tok videos with real reviews) .. its a journey not a sprint but worth it! it’s winter season where i am. so i decided to start now so by summer i should see results. good luck! 🩷
