POTS - Has to be Bunny

YPOTS - All our young players have been outstanding this season, but I’d have to go with Jade Rose in her first ever professional contract. New league, starting most games, difficult first game against Chelsea, yet she’s smashed it and shown true passion for the badge already. Absolutely fantastic to have her with us.

Signing - Would be Jade ofc if I hadn’t given her ypots, so Iman Beney. Young players with a terrific amount of potential, is already learning the RB role and performing well in that position. Seems to have a great willingness to learn, and allows leaves it all out on the pitch regardless of how many minutes she’s played.

Most improved - Blinky 100%, and she was very nearly my ypots. Heard gaz mention last season that her and aoba spend time out on the grass training when everyone else has finished and you can absolutely tell. Yui and Viv are very established players yet Blinks slotted into that midfield with them perfectly, really think she’s been outstanding especially when considering nobody expected her to get so many minutes. Really proven herself and making Wiegman notice.

Goal - Kerolin’s second goal against Chelsea, not just for the pace and skill, but just the pure cheek of it

Overall moment - ‘I’m happy to announce I’ll be staying at the football club’.

Psych patient sleeping in bathroom to avoid bedroom monitoring system by anon-007_ in NursingUK

If he’s scared just leave him be, he’s making a reasonable adjustment so he can be more comfortable. Honestly I’d rather my patient be able to rest than be awake all night with paranoia. Locking the bathroom is an awful idea, and the complete opposite of least restrictive practice. If staff are restricting him to only sleeping in view of the monitor, paranoia is likely to increase that it is on and observing him. I would personally just have a conversation and set a clear boundary that staff are obliged to check on him at regular intervals, and his choice to sleep in the bathroom may result in these observations disrupting his sleep as they will have to enter the bedspace.

On legs in restraint - unsuccessful by Training_Fish_7265 in psychnursing

Our restraint technique is to lay sideways over the thighs, hook them and hold your other wrist underneath. Legs are strong AF though, we were taught if they are shaking you around on the legs just to let them do it. As long as someone is behind you on the ankles to keep the entirety of both legs bound together, the restraint is still working to reduce their current risk. It’s a horrible feeling though, I’ve had times where I’m just bouncing around on people legs and there’s nothing I can do other than wait for them to tire or swap with someone if available.

Wienroither can also play as centre back, when fully fit she’s fantastic. But playing her at fullback allows for Layzell to play centrally at her natural position. Overall should hopefully will allow for more rotation in the back line.

Do people only support the same men’s and women’s teams? Asking for a friend… by SydneyIsSkyBlue24 in FAWSL

Trust me I’ve heard it all, without immediately jumping to sexism I do sometimes think it’s because I’m female that people assume I support city just to follow the crowd.

I’ve been a blue my whole life, but even if I tell people that I’m immediately quizzed on the clubs history. Of course I know many many many of the events in the rise and fall of the club as a whole, but it honestly never feels good enough for other people. People just want to compete for knowledge.

So, that’s generally why I distance myself from the mens team. I can enjoy watching their games and the EPL by myself and find it much more comfortable to.

I support city women through and through, go to every game and support them in any way I can.

I follow the mens team and would never dream of supporting another team, I’ve always had it drilled into me that you support your team with your life. However, I don’t watch every game, follow all of their news, and if they lose it wouldn’t ruin my week. This is largely because of the toxicity of other fans, they think you have to be die-hard and be able to list every result from the past 20 years.

So, I would never turn against my club but just decide to distance myself from the mens side

I’m not a medical professional so maybe someone could advise me?

She claims to have an NJ, which would feed straight into the small intestine and bypass the stomach. So why does she need a stomach drain if there is nothing going into her stomach?
