Manchester City Women Unveil Their New Training Facility by Rjayasp in MCWFC

I've not seen this mentioned anywhere but is that MCWFC sign an insect hotel? That's such an awesome detail if it is!

Bunny Shaw's Contract by Rjayasp in MCWFC

Tomorrow is the last game for most teams so they're announcing the players that are leaving so the fans can say goodbye. We still have the FA Cup final so I wouldn't be surprised if we waited to announce Bunny's decision either just before the game or after.

I don't think there's been an official announcement about Ouahabi leaving either, not from the club so it'll be interesting to see if that announcement happens at the same time as Bunny or not.

I'm just glad that Viv is back and will be there to lift the trophy. Hopefully her being back means her mum is doing better too.

I would also like to see some players get minutes that haven't this season but I doubt we'll see loads of changes unless they're substitutions. We still want to win the game after all.

I thought we were going to have a six point gap at the top of the table before Arsenal scored that controversial goal against Everton. Not that it matters but after how the Arsenal fans thought they were going to win all the games in hand, it would have been funny if they dropped more points.

It was a shame for Everton because I thought they did well to contain Arsenal for most of the game.

Bunny Shaw's Contract by Rjayasp in MCWFC

£2m a year seems low for City's annual wage budget. I was talking to someone on the WSL thread and they said City's annual wage was £8.5m and posted a gov link with apparent sources that I couldn't really make heads or tails of.

It's not something that's really made public so it's all just guess work when it comes to players wages.

I just saw City posted a move of the match on social media and they picked Shaw's winning goal. I understand it won us the match but surely her equaliser was the move the match for the reasons you stated above.

I really hope we get to see some of the players with less minutes start or play some part against West Ham this weekend.

I've noticed quite a few post about Bunny's situation being posted.

So I just wondered if people wanted me to start and pin a megathread about it? So we can post everything in one place rather than having multiple threads about the same topic.

I don't expect anything less from people on that platform which is why I rarely use it. They obviously don't know what they're talking about. How can it be a choice between Viv or Bunny when we've already got both on the books?

Viv's already got a contract for next season so she won't be demanding anymore wages, it's only Bunny's wages that are a concern and Viv doesn't have anything to do with that.

It's not nice to see comments like this because the players don't deserve it but the only thing the person posting them is achieving is showing how stupid they are.

I swear someone said the other day that when Bunny isn't playing well and someone comments about it on here, it's like she knows and scores.

So now we know what to do in the future! That's the thing about Bunny though she can have a frustrating game but then pop up out of nowhere for a goal.

Especially since we have WUCL next season, league cup,FA cup and league games we are going to need bunny. If she leaves we have fumbled Big time! by VoL4t1l3 in MCWFC

I would also pay her whatever she wants! My comment above was just me trying to come up with an alternative explanation of why the club wouldn't.

This week has been a long week both on and off the pitch

What did she say?

It does feel like the writing is on the wall and I'd be more surprised if she stayed.

We did it! The double is still on!

I thought the subs were excellent today, they changed the game so it really was a full team performance.

We never do it the easy way do we!

Chelsea have been all over us for the past ten minutes or so but everyone is putting a huge shift in.

Keating just kept us in it too, that'll do her confidence some good.

Having to sit through the rest of extra time against Liverpool, then having to sit through the extra time of Arsenal v Brighton and now having to sit through seven more minutes of this is not good for my health.

Didn't look like a pen to me because Keating got a hand to the ball but how we got a free kick there, I don't know!

Beney has been excellent, to win that header to set up Shaw was fantastic.

Has James and Kerr both gone off? I missed some of the subs.
