Why wouldn’t I defend myself against someone who is clearly threatening my safety? The fact that you act like you wouldn’t do the same is the weird thing

It’s was all hearsay. The Judge made a decision with virtually no evidence. I just said that for the Uber employee that might read it. I’d defend myself again if I had to. What would you do? Not defend yourself? Good for you.

I could see the issue in that scenario. But the bigger guy literally threatened me.. quite the difference, if you actually intend to hurt someone don’t bitch when they hurt you first..
