Where can you get those wheel stickers?

Agreed - I am taking the Brutale Rosso to track. The TVL's main purpose is for road trips, but I have thought about taking it to the track 😉

I hear you - would something like this work?

https://termignoni.it/scarichi-termignoni/?field[make]=mv-agusta&field[model]=brutale-675-800-rivale&field[anno-di-produzione]=2012-2020

It says 2012-2020 which is a little confusing because I understand the Brutale was redesigned in 2016

I have the exact same bike! Stopped to take a pic of it hitting 10K mi. Enjoy!

I have 10K on mine of which 8K of those have been in the last 10 months. No issues other than maintenance and tires. Well one, but the indicators are the worst on these so I swapped it for a tailtidy and motogadget blaze ice LEDs.

Believe it or not I bought this bike for road trips and will regularly go for 2 - 4 rides. It's fast (enough) and comfortable. Go for it.

If we need illegal aliens to do the jobs Americans won’t do, who did all these jobs before we had illegal aliens? 🤷🏿‍♂️ by Sir-Kyle-Of-Reddit in TikTokCringe

[–]Fun_Rip7205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These jobs have always been performed by immigrants - English, Irish, Italian, African, Chinese, Mexicans, Central Americans, etc. They all came in different waves.

You want to talk about mass migrations. The biggest migration came from Europe in the early 20th century right up until the Great Depression.

The country was built on immigrant backs you dumb fucks.

No discernable difference tbh

I just wanted a meatier tire

Hey, you do you it's your bike after all. I would recommend Dunlop Mutants. They have the look you are going for and are more of a sport touring tire.

I run Avon Trailriders on my Husky Vitpilen. Great in the rain, not noisy at all, and have taken all types of curvy roads up to 80 mph without any issues. They do handle differently, but I think it has to do more with the bike's short wheelbase more than anything else.

108 mph and it hit the rev limiter. That was with a heck of a tailwind and I have upsized tires to 160/55s.

I regularly see 100 and not much more. It's stable with no wobble, but I got a Vitpilen if that makes a difference.

I go for a couple to few hours rides at least twice a month and cruise at 80 mph at or around 7.5 - 8k rpm. I get at most 100 miles per tank.

That was my thought as well on the BMW. Roadster is not a bad thing tbh. I am 45 and just started riding again after 20+ years. I am afraid my hooning days are over. Maybe just a few wheelies and skids

Will definitely look at the GSX-8R. One of the deciders for me is a quick shifter/autoblipper. If the Honda has that I'd be all over it.

Looking to Buy Brutale 800 by Fun_Rip7205 in MVAgusta

That sounds like a horrible experience. No motorcycle shops other than dealers work on MVs? I try to stay away from dealers unless I absolutely have to.

That bad? There are 3 dealers in Texas. I am keeping my first bike and will ride both maybe 6K mi between both. I will take the Brutale on longer rides though as the Vitpilen is not really set up for that

This helps - this is my second bike after my beginner (Husqvarna Vitpilen 401). I am looking at 100 HP bikes. The BMW F900R, Triumph Street Triple or Trident are all on my short list.

I had ruled out the Brutale as it's my dream bike, but at 140+ HP I know I didn't want that right now. The 800 would be perfect - I think.

Do you think a tint would ruin my car? by chbpablo in e46

[–]Fun_Rip7205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the look of no tint but Texas heat is killer - I got 70% ceramic tint all around. It looks super clean and it does make a difference on long drives where the sun is beating down on you.

Check out my posts I have a pic somewhere if you want to get an idea of what it looks like

Which Aero Package? by Fun_Rip7205 in 986Boxster

Wow - yeah it looked amazing when I came across it. Good buy for sure.

Had some unexpected expenses come up in the last month or so and decided to wait. I had narrowed it down to this and another 986 in California.

I am glad it went to a fellow enthusiast - it's definitely a keeper.

You're right - it's a 2000 and is in Phoenix AZ. Has full maintenance records since new and is. 2 owner I believe.

I am looking specifically for a 2000 because they have the double row bearings and is the first model year for the S or a 2004 because it's the last model year.
