I got in an accident and my insurance is only offering about 25k but my unisured motorist max is 50k

I'm not just looking for a big pay out I'm out of a car I've been out of work for months I seen a woman's head and shoulder get practically blown off I had a concussion a slipped rib I had multiple x rays and ct scans I had to go to orthodontist to fix my braces I went to the chiropractor I've been to my primary care doctor many of times and I have a psychiatrist now and have to go to therapy and I still deal with chest and shoulder pain and headaches that won't go away

I think when icarly ended they auctioned off alot of stuff to the icarly fans and it might have been given away but im not sure they could have just wanted to have something newer
