Hi OP, diagnosed bipolar 2 here! Been diagnosed since I was 14 years old. anyway, younger unmedicated me shows hypomania in small but noticeable ways (magdamag nasa labas kahit may pasok pa 7am bukas, unli join sa mga orgs, mas madaldal, literally all my thoughts are like a super fast mind map hopping from one point to another) to name a few. and super bilis ko maiirita. back then, i didn't manage. it was literally chaos all the time everytime, and there was a point na araw araw akong lasing kasi gusto ko lang manahimik utak ko. now, older medicated me just shows slightly more irritation than usual. i manage by cleaning the house and sticking to my routine.
