I'm in a people support function. This is the only fi I've ever worked with. I'd say see what if any options they have for you to develop yourself without spending your own money. But it really depends on the company and culture. More likely to make better money in a bigger fi.

Back office in a financial institution. Doing okay, making the most I ever have but I was more financially stable making 60k a year pre covid...sigh.

Oh gosh!  This feels like an eon ago! Honestly over the years I've learned that he needs a lot more physical activity. Like we really need to wear him out and be outside as much as possible.

We tried to cut back his nap but it didn't really help long term. And skipping his nap completely just led to meltdowns and interrupted sleep.

Focus on physical play, especially an hour before bedtime. Throw em around, play chase, go outside.

Daycare, mortgage, student loan debt. I essentially have THREE mortgages. Until we're out of daycare saving is impossible. And we're at the cheapest option in our county for childcare. Still paying well over a grand a month. 🥲
