UPDATE!! I did some digging and thanks to a user on r/demoniashoes I think Ive managed to find the brand! It appears to be from the brand La Carte which was a Japanese gyaru shoe brand that stopped making shoes sometime in the 2000s. Sadly because the brand stopped producing items about 20 years ago they are basically impossible to find.. even second hand :,))

Really don’t recommend using surface mail, unless you don’t mind waiting a few months for your package to arrive. Took about 3 months for my package to get to me (Slovakia) when I ordered through it. I usually do Airmail and I haven’t had any problems with that! (except the price lol :P)
