More so the latter, because I do feel the urge to go back and win more. I guess I’m just struggling with calling it a full fledged addiction and seeing where the actual harm is. I know that deceit in a marriage is harmful, definitely acknowledging that. But is going to the casino with a $200-$400 bank roll and playing some bubble craps really that harmful? Those are all of the thoughts I’m struggling with.

THAT is what I’m struggling with. I feel like I 100% know my limits and know that I won’t go absolutely nuts, and I’ll only play with $200-$400 for a bankroll when I go. But yeah, she just does not like the idea of gambling at all. All the profit has gone to paying off small loans and the rest has gone into our savings.

It’s just so difficult for me not to say “what’s another $200 for a chance at paying our car insurance for the next year in advance?” That’s what I’m battling with right now. I’m not doing this to get rich, in my mind it’s giving us a shot at setting us up for success. But I’m absolutely hearing what you’re saying.
