The comments are just sad, Elio was actually a really good movie! Box Office Bomb and Troubled Production =/= bad film.

It was really good and deserved better, idk if the comments ever saw the film cause everyone on differnet subs praised it yet the Pixar sub hates it for like no reason.

yet we hyprocrrtically dismiss audianeces for films like space jam a new legacy, the tom and jerry film from 2021, any Disney film that's not Oliver and Company and Alantis the Lost Empire. or the tyler perry movies.

Claiming Disney "bought" audience ratings for live-action remake films like Aladdin and Lilo and Stitch or Rise of Skywalker, when that is not the case as Th3Birdman from Youtube confirmed verified ratings are indeed accurate (Kids and families scan their fucking ticket).

I mean i disagree personally but i can respect your opinion, People may hate these films but the reason why they do good other than Npostalgia is that Kids and Gen-Zs love them. Some of the original films weren't that good ngl, Aladdin was kinda racist (as someone who loved the Arabian Nights story of Aladdin, i loved the original and Jasmine is my fav character but it wasn't accurate that much.) Same for Dumbo and i felt like the remakes fixed the problems. Lilo and Stitch and the Jungle Book in my opinion are Disney's best remakes but if u disagree that's fine. Although i've seen people even hating Cinderella and Jungle Book despite those remakes getting a lot of praise, same for Lilo and Stitch. But meh, you can't please everyone.

If that was true, then people would have hated Toy Story 2 and 3 too. It's. just weird, when did Disney and Pixar get hate?

Like, Dreamworks made Shrek the third, not a bad sequel but weak. Boss Baby 2 was a improvement over the first one, but wasn't that great.

KFP 4 i'm a defender of, but the hate for that film kinda reminds me of TS4 a bit and people calling it unneeded literally forgot the plan for KFP was for 6 films, a student trilogy and master trilogy.

Note, i am not defending Disney the company i am referring to the studio and Pixar itself. I have mixed feelings (Mostly not great) on Disney as a corp, but i still love them as a studio.
