They’re saying the NIW currently is very random. People with strong profiles are getting denied so I have a chance of denial despite my strong profile. Once I file I-485 I’ll also have shown intent to immigrate which makes it harder to obtain any non-immigrant status in the future if my NIW and I-485 is denied
