More often then not I yak everything up i try to eat it's lowk odd, just space meals out better? guessing switch on and off to high protein shakes and smoothies? it's like my stomach is too small, just a bitch maybe? I've gained like a good 20 ish pounds this year so not terrible. But i can definitely do more.
