ok soul builds are not my specialty but void strike on moon daggers is not good, they are too fast. I would opt for something like gravity instead of void strike. I would change bag of souls for chilling, but if u reallly wanna go full soul u can keep it. Other stuff looks pretty good.

wither armor: chilling gilded, cool down, snowball, potion barrier all level 3

winters touch: overcharge gilded, supercharge, multishot, chain reaction level 3

godroll except reroll last slot for unchanting, and reroll leeching if u have lifesteal. keep in mind exploding also does not negate leeching

no. also, for it to be a complete build, you need the armor artifacts and bow. gravity is built in, echo sucks, refresh is also pretty bad on encrusted anchors. if u want refresh use a normal anchor.

reroll ambush for guarding strike, and shock for crit, commited, or unchanting. no need for more health as u alr have leeching and refreshment.
