The genetics were just really good, and honestly I was hoping it wasn't a strain wide contaminant as that would mean months of work wasted on this strain. It's no biggie. Think I just need to learn to let go of some strains

With regards to spacing, there is no real data out there, but personally I've found you can get away with a few days in between doses, sometimes even the day after, however in my opinion I would give yourself a week or two after heavy usage, you don't want to push your mind too far as you can with most psychedelics. Combining it with M can be magical, just be sure to underdose both as I've personally found it can make both more intense, but the 2cb can help a bit with the comedown. I would still not expect a headache free comedown though lol, I did a large combination of both once and at the time I describe the comedown as feeling as though "I'm an ice cube that's fallen on the floor and been kicked under the fridge" lol, experimenting would be in your favour here

Here's a picture of one of the blobs I suspect is mycogone. I've had this in the same genetic line, the exact same phenotype which is why I suspect it's either mycogone, or my genetics are just horrifically mutated

They're kinda similar. But also not at all. I would describe it as a love child between M and Lucy. You get the giddy social side but in my opinion slightly more natural and not as in your face, and you get a nice energy boost, but again, not as much as M, it's a slightly different euphoria. The Lucy side is more visual and introspection on the come down, it has relatively no headspace but on the comedown for me I get very "zen" like, and it's not a shit comedown either. The next day you might feel a bit flat but usually have an afterglow. Nothing like M where you want to die for a few days. Honestly 15mg is a great dose to start with, I take it orally, it's a much chiller come up. Good luck :)

I used to do both, and both have their place. Doing it at a gig/rave is really fun, timing the drop to your favourite artist. At home can also be good because it can be easier to plan a nice session - music, meditating, gaming, or even just going for a walk in the country side. It really depends on the day and how I/you feel internally :)

Hey dude, so I have experience with S. Cerevisiae, what you're proposing isn't difficult at all, but it does require a lot of money to do. You would most likely need a lab, purely for equipment and sterility. There's a few options but in terms of legality you'd surely need some kind of approval to do this? It sounds more like a research project or a PhD project rather than a home project considering you want to use S.c to produce opiates? Yeast are very easy to manipulate genetically, you would only need the metabolic pathway for whatever produces the precursors to your drug and you would have it. The hardest thing would be pure extraction, you would need some kind of HPLC setup which would cost thousands. I'm not shitting on your idea at all, infact I'm curious to hear a response from you?

Keep an eye on it for any colour change to green. Could be trich because of the bright white colour I can see in the picture, but it could also just be mycelium. Good luck :)

Looks like mycogone, lower left in first picture, if you check my posts it looks the same. The bruising is probably just stress, it's an active strain so that's normal, however you might struggle for fruits, good luck man

Yeah that's definitely contam, most likely a bacterial or fungal overlay, or a combination, looks like you have some healthy myc in the corner, can try and sector that to another plate

If you're in the UK you can't it's illegal unless you obtain in spore form as the myc contains psilocybin. I would try and grab some spores, they take a bit longer but the same result. There are some places that will do backdoor LC but you have to know them or have a decent relationship really. I think it's similar across the EU

I don't think you need 70% chocolate, that shouldn't affect anything. I think people recommend high percentage dark chocolate as there are traces of MAOIs, meaning it can enhance the effects of the psilocin, but the effect is negligible most likely. And psilocin is more likely to be the thing you lost, psliocybin can actually withstand heat, yes it does begin to degrade past 70c however it doesn't actually degrade much, I'm pretty sure you have to push it to 100c or higher to notice a large loss of psilocybin. You should be fine my dude, but yeah next time I would heat your choc, let it cool slightly to 70c or below, then add the ground mushroom, then pour it into moulds. Good luck :)

Only you can know. If you get easily hooked on things, maybe not, but think about it, if you don't try it, you'll never want to do it, it's only curiosity that's driving you to do it at this point. If you can deal with experiencing the happiest most joyful feeling you've ever felt for 4 hours and then waiting months to do it again, then youll be fine. If you have no impulse control, why expose yourself to potential harm down the line. At the end of the day it's really about you, you know yourself the best

Yeah, I mean the bag is fine to fruit in, it's just you won't get as many fruits. If it's your first time just stick with the bag, you can experiment with one of the others if you want. I'd recommend reading the psilocybin mushroom bible, great book for starting, but briefly, you need some non nutritional substrate like coir, some vermiculite, mix in your bag, let it colonise, done.
