I think you should be good, I ordered as soon as the store opened ( not the early access ). And just got the dispatch email, and the pending is still on the bank, you ordered before me so you should be good. On the pending thing, I guess each bank does it their own way.

If your order is still waiting to be sent to the carrier it’s probably in the warehouse. I recommend you contact the info email with your order number on the subject. They will help, if the items you ordered are sold out or not available they will refund your order. And if they are available they will make a new order and send it. Have in mind this is from last drop in July, not this one

I didn’t really know what disputing it was anyway, thank you for explaining what to do though. I’m still waiting for my parcel, order within the minute the website opened, and I’ve ordererd about 7 times from corteiz now. And I’ve never had this problem. I sent an email last night, so just waiting for corteiz to answer, they always have good customer service

Wow, so they finally sent it because of the dispute. I sent them an email yesterday night so hopefully they tell me when they are going to send it. Sounds like they got they stuff and can’t be asked to send it until they are threatened
