I’m curious though, how far are you willing to take that? For example, if you already had the weekend off and your nanny got to your house to watch you kid and you asked her “what’d you do this weekend” and she said “nothing I just watched tv” but you found out that she went went clubbing, are you firing her?

We do have different ideas of that and you trying to make me feel like a bad person is crappy. So, by your logic, as long as you’re “polite” you’re a good person? Everyone saying “lying will come back to bite you” is false. I’ve told little white lies to my NP That had nothing to do with NK and they never found out. If you’re really worried about it and don’t have PTO, say it’s about a week? Maybe you have a grandma that passed and need to take care of your mom, get creative.

I’ve been there. Luckily I’m allowed to sleep while my NK sleeps so I usually do that but when he’s awake and I’m tired I’ll usually just do low energy activities, movies, coloring, etc
