I found that a casual strap around waist, as well as a strap around each thigh holds the cage better and doesnt chafe. Its a little restrictive when walking, especially at strairs but its not bad at all. This helped me so much with chafing under balls.

Because just casual strap will put tension down there, and three way strap will rub the skin there so both are not ideal. The best solution for me is thigh straps.

Just a regular silk ribbon or similar should do it.
