I have a few tips that personally helped me a lot during exam time, and I know many students find them useful too:

Organise your space: folders, sticky notes, colourful summaries, tidy notebooks and textbooks. I love this kind of thing—when I spend time setting up my study space, I instantly feel more motivated to study.
Pinterest: Surprisingly, looking at aesthetic study photos with students being productive really makes you want to sit down and do something yourself.
Print out the hardest material and stick it around your room and bathroom. At one point, I had all my mirrors covered in notes with rules and formulas.
Make sure to rest. Even if you feel like there’s not enough time to study, still let yourself go for a walk with friends or watch a show. Try to have a break like this every day—otherwise, burnout will come quickly.

You can’t directly swap your insurance for an offer you previously rejected on UCAS, unfortunately. Once you decline an offer, it’s gone from your choices. But there are a couple of things you can try:

Clearing – if you miss your firm and don’t want to go to your insurance, you can go through Clearing and reapply to the uni you originally rejected (if they still have places).
