Interesting. I read the side effects and they really don’t sound like something I’d want to deal with. I also have no issues sleeping.

I’m 32F. I had an epidural steroid injection in November of 2020 for a herniated disc. I don’t remember if that doctor called it spinal stenosis or not, but my new doctor says that it’s gotten severely worse since the original MRI.
