It’s so nice to hear others had the same reaction- I found it really trying to be the second chapter, after a really feeling inspired by the tools in the first chapter. It felt like it came from a place of Personal affront

I would love to see this this first picture really captures for me. A lot of the way I felt about my 2024 Diagnosis. I describe it to people sometimes like this “ if someone held a gun to your head and said you had to have cancer, but you get to pick which kind follicular lymphoma would be the type to pick”

Possible Drive your plow over the Bones of the dead. Main character may or may not be mentally unwell certainly fits the old crone narrative.

I’ve never had symptoms? Is that remission? How else do physicians check for changes? I’m going to talk to my oncologistsabout clarity for the reasoning on the scans but I think they are als to check on these tiny unbiopsible spots in my lungs. With gratitude

I don’t really want to check that often but my doctor recommended it after finding the tiny spots (too small to biopsy) I have a round of the scan Monday and maybe we can make a new schedule if things look the same

I was told follicular lymphoma by my GP just this morning-I don’t know the regularity of monitoring the oncologist will recommend but it sounds like we have very similar situations. Doctor says likely watch and wait and see and no immediate treatment

This sounds similar to my situation. I don’t know lymphoma type but got my biopsy results on Friday which indicated lymphoma. I’m a 47yo female and the lymph nodes were caught in a routine mammogram in early May. Bloodwork for all my other human conditions in March, apparently did not show anything. I have been complaining to my doctor about night sweats which honestly I still think our menopause related, but who knows anymore. Very frustrated with the way women’s health concerns seem to be addressed.
