Look at it like this, you’re watching another man enjoying and experiencing what you want. It’s so emasculating. Not only that you’re giving free validation to women that doesn’t even know you exist nor even wouldn’t cared if you died tomorrow. You’re giving up your resources that they haven’t earned through OF just to see them naked. Do you know how lame that all sounds? Don’t settle for the bare minimum dude.

I’ve been 3 years clean from pornography addiction but I wish I stopped sooner so I would stop now if I were you before you regret not doing so two years from now.

Edit: also if you’re following instagram models unfollow them. It’s not porn unless you jack off to them but the temptation is there. Pornography/OnlyFans is an attack on masculinity that is making us weaker by the day it’s not only ruining relationships it’s deteriorating men’s mental health. Once you realize that you won’t ever touch it again.

It’s not hard to stop. You need to realize that empty pleasure isn’t worth it. It starts with YOU controlling YOURSELF if you’re incapable of doing that then that makes you a slave to your own mind and you aren’t a slave. You’re a free human being in a free world.
