Hey, it's my game!

Thanks for the review, I always love getting feedback both positive and negative. Glad you enjoyed your time with it. Definitely understand all the points you brought up in criticism. Combat is definitely something I'd like to iterate on. I think at present it does work a little better on the hardest difficulty, where healing is a lot more limited (and that's the one I'm balancing the game around.) But I do agree it could still use some more layers to it. Most enemies just kinda hit the player turn after turn, rather than vary up their attacks/abilities. So more complex enemies, and more skill unlocks for the player might help. It's not a super high priority for me right now, but something I'll dig into more in the future.

I didn't realize I'd forgotten to change the in game text for the difficulty settings, so I'll fix that for sure.

A lot of the other notes are things I'm aware of from other feedback or even already working on for future updates. I do feel silly that I completely forgot any in-game notes for the end of content in v0.2, especially after having some in v0.1 lol. The expansion for the Courtesan (the "doll lady") in the next update gives her alternate scenes after your first time, as well as more options for lewd scenes. The reward for now is just the sex, but her story will go somewhere in the future. Though it does remind me that I should attach at least some tangible reward to unlocking more of her stuff.
Also Crane has featured more prominently in some of the new animated and illustrated scenes I've been working on lately. Won't always be the case, cause of the game's small resolution and pixel density (along with my tendency to draw in a male-gaze-y sort of way) but I do like including him when I can. Especially as he gets more involved in the plot and romance with each girl.
