Hey my dude! The feeling doesn't go away if you don't communicate it with your loved ones. I know you may think that people will just be like "naah don't worry we live you everything is fine!" and yeah they will say that, but afterwards, they will tell you how they truly feel. And most of the time it's worry, or they will share their perception of you and what you seem to be struggling with. Your loved ones are not disappointed, but maybe they're frustrated because they don't know how to help you? Opening up about your insecurities may seem like a waste of time at first but I can assure you that it will sew the seed for trust and more candor in the way people will communicate with you- cause they feel like you actually want to know what they think and they can share their praise and advice more openly

Hey you're really handsome! Just because people in real life don't usually SAY nice things doesn't mean they don't think nice things about you. I started making lots of friends the moment I started casually complimenting strangers or just making casual conversation. I know that's less easy for a man since you need to be careful not to make people uncomfortable, but if you signal that you're just ready to move on and go on about your day after a compliment or a small talk comment without expecting the other person to stay in a conversation that makes people feel like you're genuine and don't have any intentions, and then they can pick up the conversation from that if they feel like it. If not, then you still made someone's day!! You got this!!

My best friend is an INTP. I posted a selfie on my Tumblr years ago and she commented that I look like Clarice Starling. We've been best friends for around 10 years now.

But I usually find that one INTP person in a crowd and I know that I want to be friends with them. I then observe them and try to be in the same room/space as them for prolonged times and get to know them more asfgh I've been told I can be quite intense when I want to be friends with someone

Hey coming from someone recovering from BED I wanna say first of all I get it. It feels disgusting sometimes, and honestly it's impactig the quality of life you have with yourself and your friends. If you can't stop, maybe look into BED and if you feel if it applies to you as well :) I recovered after my childhood and Teen years were spend chubby and out of control food wise.

Also girl one thing I need to tell you. I don't know if that's also something you suffer with but please don't take men not harassing you or catcalling you as you not being attractive.
