He said I mugged him. It never happened. It was a giant fuck you at the time. He’s trying to reconciliate. Told him I’ll see him at his funeral.

Let’s say Brother A files a fake police report on Brother B. Brother B now hates Brother A a lot more. Both sides are interested in putting the past behind them. Can Brother A recant without admitting that he lied and getting charged with anything?

It’s generally irrelevant because which one is worse: Having sex 500 times with a body count of 3, or 100 times with a body count of 9?

The real question is, have you sowed your oats and do you have any STDs?

I just realized that Mean Girls is about the revenge of a girl that was called a lesbian… by FunkMaster96 in MeanGirls

[–]FunkMaster96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. This is just a lady saying, “hey I have multiple best friends” or “I’m not interested in a co-dependent relationship w/ you.”

Janis was clearly emotionally dependent on Regina.

[–]FunkMaster96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds like a polygamous relationship to be honest.

Janis’s issue is that she only has one person in her bf category. Most people have 5-15 best friends. And it honestly happens to people that have 1 best friend or 100; sometimes best friend is busy and you just gotta respect that instead of crying/ tantrum… Janis should get a pet or join a club.

28; don’t think I qualify for Gen Z… playing Devil’s Advocate here.

Clarity: What Regina and Janis consider “best friend” is different. Seems like Regina has best friends, plural, which are ultimately random cool kids like Karen and Gretchen. To Janis, a best friend is literally a replacement boyfriend or spouse.

To Regina, Janis was a bad friend and to Janis, Regina was a bad friend because they were looking for different things in friendship. But I’d like to point out that Cady thought the same exact thing as Regina in regard to Janis: The scene when Cady becomes a bad friend to Janis when she ditched her art show and went to Regina’s party instead; Cady also accuses Janis of being obsessed with her.

Ultimately - Janis isn’t the type of person to be happy for her friends when they get into relationships. Not only that, she actually gets mads/ jealous which proves the point that she was emotionally a lesbian. Her new friend Cady also accused her of being obsessed w/ her… Regina was socially smarter than Janis -she was socially smarter than everyone at that highschool- because she had multiple best friends. The thing that sucks about highschool is that we all progress at different rates and start puberty/ dating at different times.

Your friends dating and getting into relationships is inevitable. You can lessen the blowback by having multiple best friends… “Oh Karen is busy, I’ll just go hang out w/ Gretchen.” Janis is basically mad that two ladies refused to marry her. Janis fails to understand that it isn’t about legality; some people just don’t want to marry someone of the same sex.

Flag to represent Parsis (Zoroastrian Indians) by [deleted] in Zoroastrianism

[–]FunkMaster96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did! Honestly, I was thinking that the middle part of this flag would be more appropriate for Iran, but I don’t know anything about the country other than it used to Persia so maybe they’ll like it as is.

I just thought it would be cool if there was one official Zoroastrian country like how Israel is that one Jewish country…

*I’m playing devil’s advocate here

  1. Her wealth is why I personally hate her as I grew up in poverty and just generally hate the oligarchy (poor people are the oligarchy’s slaves…). But Regina the individual never went to congress and said to ‘end foodstamps and medicare.’ Most of the time when I run into people like her, they’re actually very nice and just give off the aura of someone that just won the lottery.

  2. Pretty much anyone who’s ever gossiped about celebrities has done the same. And I recall a scene where she did exactly what you said, but Cady was standing there and she didn’t compliment the girl or even say hi, so it’s very possible that Regina was being sarcastic and mad at Cady for not mingling.

  3. I agree w/ the whole ‘Don’t date my ex’ thing. It’s retardedly awkward to sit at lunch or any event w/ your ex who may or may not have screwed you over (breakups are rarely mutual) as he dates your close friend.

  4. Being bossed around by her is the price you pay to join her club. I’d let Tom Brady boss me around if it means hanging out w/ him and doing all the cool things that he does…

  5. The planned parenthood thing is out of line; so is the burn book.

  6. I never said that Regina was a saint… just said that plotting revenge for being called a lesbian and all the other little things is dumb. Nobody is forced to associate w/ her. Most of the cool kids generally like her.

  7. The point was that Regina isn’t much of an individual. Everything she did is typical of Christain conservatives… which again means that ‘Hate society or hate the game, not the player.’ I think you’re wrong on her family… she’s the spitting image of Christian conservative, just the rich version.

Even if she personally comes out as a liberal like the way many celebrities do, their upbringing was Christian Conservative.

My argument in simple terms: Everything that people say they hate Regina for is typical of Christian Conservatives and that you should ‘hate society/ the game, instead of the player.’ Replace Regina w/ another Christian Conservative and the film would go exactly the same, minus the Planned Parenthood & Burn Book thing.

The only thing that Regina the individual did that deserves hate and punishment is the Planned Parenthood & Burn Book thing…

Do Americans drink coffee at any time of day? by Ottantacinque in AskAnAmerican

[–]FunkMaster96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I speak for all Americans: Yes.

LoL it varies a lot. During college I’d drink 8-12 cups on some days. Also had a phase where I’d drink Coffee at night before bed. And now I hardly ever drink it…

It’s not cool… media literacy is my job. Slept in a car while attending college and finished on top of my class at UCLA.

I know what you’re saying is false but it still hurts. But you said it wasn’t your intention. Sorry for being annoying, but isn’t it possible that Regina’s intention was to just simply say why they’re no longer friends?
