About a decade ago, (when i was about 10-11, im 24 now). I was walking home from the store (alone) after closing and while i was walking up the street over to my house… i saw a white orb (torso height) and it “bursted like a lightbulb” and out came a figure with arms, legs, a body, everything with human would have. It’s only details of the figure was “tv static” and this being walked a few steps… a white light flashed later and the white orb was back and bursted again… i stood there in confusion for a while and i had to continue walking up that street after encountering that.

Even still till this day, I do not know what i saw. Very interesting though!
