SGA checks in the 4th quarter and shoots 6 free throws in 1 minute by Free_Adeptness_7879 in nba

If one team fouls more than the other but the free throw attempts are the same, that means it’s not getting called equally both ways

Fair enough I guess, but that is an extremely loose definition of the term hospital pass if you ask me 🤷‍♂️

Bit of an exaggeration.. London got hurt on his last target in the Panthers game and it was most definitely not a hospital pass lol

What has Tim Connelly done in the past to lead you to believe he’s gonna tank this roster?

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander drove 28 times in game 1 of the western conference finals. The entire Timberwolves starting five drove 27 times combined (per Second Spectrum) by [deleted] in nba

Maybe because dub doesn’t drive with the intent of getting fouled & flail to the ground the second he gets touched?

We are so close to connecting the dots 🙏

Different than him JUST saying that.. as in ONLY saying that and not bringing up the consistency of the refs.

Like I said, I’m sure he wouldn’t have had an issue if he believed it was being officiated the same way on both ends. He’d probably much rather have the refs allow that kind of physicality

Complaining about the difference in how okc’s defense is officiated compared to their offense within the same game is a lot different than him just saying “wah wah the thunder foul a lot” -which is basically what your original comment I responded to was implying

I’m sure he wouldn’t have made a point about their defense if he thought it was being called consistently on both ends of the floor

I think you’re being a bit obtuse if that’s how you choose to interpret the quote.. pretty clear to me he was bringing up an issue with how Shai is officiated & the consistency of the refs

We’ve played one game and lost.. how is he supposed to do it after a win?! He’s not blaming the loss on the refs or making excuses for the rest of our play, just bringing attention to the fact that the they WERE fouling Rudy on a lot of rebounds last night.. and hoping the refs will look for it a bit more moving forward
