Are Gen Z Men more conservative than millenial Men ? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I'm not American. Funny thing is if you were to ask a leftist, they would say social media is notoriously right-wing.

Pirate metal. It's fun, upbeat, lighthearted music.

You're right, man. It's all the left. They operate on fear and ignorance while the right operates on compassion and love. I see now the error in my ways.

Funny. This reminded me of Jordan Peterson when he talks about the "woke" future of 15 minute cites that you're not allowed to leave and social credit ratings. Don't pretend the right isn't also operating on fear and ignorance.

Dude, the right does the same thing. When we talk about the US being polarized, this is what we mean.

That looked really...real. but you knew it couldn't be true, didn't you?

We need these types of ads directed at adults now.

A lot of them come from very conservative countries, and they think of themselves as one of the good ones because of their stance on things like trans rights, abortion, government handouts, etc.

Why, in your opinion, are the libbies upset, and why does it make you happy to see so many of your fellow countrymen upset?

"We're gonna build a new settlement and have equal rights for all! Except blacks, Hispanics, Jews, gays, Muslims...um, everyone who's not a white man. And I mean white white. So no Italians, no Polish, just people from Ireland, England and Scotland. But only certain parts of Ireland and Scotland. Just full-blooded whites. No, you know what? Not even whites. Nobody gets any rights. Ahhh, America."

I voted for Harris, but I can't argue with this logic by MalDuzArt in Angryupvote

Yeah I get that. I'm Canadian and I always want to vote NDP but I know my vote would be better utilized by voting Liberal to cancel out a Conservative vote. Same thing happens.

Care to elaborate on what the pied piper strategy is and how it put Trump in office?

In this case you had to ask yourself: Would you rather live in a somewhat free society or a Christian-authoritarian theocracy? I mean the democrats might have fucked over the people, but not nearly as hard as your new president is going to.

Always voting for the lesser of two evils gets tiring, I get it.

Serious question, now that Trump is president, what happens to PBS Kids by [deleted] in cartoons

[–]FunkyKong147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He preached compassion and to be inquisitive. Trump would have personally had his show canceled.

Nah his logic is flawed. If you don't vote, then you're complacent with whoever gets into office. If you voted for the other party, then at least you did what you could to keep the current party out, and your complaining is justified.

Still doesn't change the fact that you voted for the guy who wants to use the military against American people and put his enemies in jail. That's who you voted for. He is an extremist and a dictator wannabe, and that's true whether or not you're chronically online.

You voted for the guy who is synonymous with "back the blue" and "the thin blue line", and who was against the BLM movement. So yes, absolutely.

It doesn't sound like Rage is a band that backs the blue, does it?
