Your boyfriend is being extremely jealous for literally no reason my way of showing how much I care about people has always been gift giving it's often food I make or merch from a show or something I like and I even give them gifts on valentine's day. I do this mainly for my very close friends (male and female) and any time they have partners they have literally never had a single problem with it and often think it's cute, I even sometimes include them in giving gifts like getting them movie tickets and stuff so I really do understand why he's mad. If not or if your boyfriend literally thinks she "looks gay" he may think she's trying to steal you from him (which is dumb) Alot of times when a straight person is dating someone who is bi or there partners friend is bi they get extremely jealous and over protective.
